📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of manufacturing processes using SAP and Oracle systems.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain efficient supply chains.
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the Branch Manager in implementing quality control measures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance to the Branch Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
