📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Manage and service existing policies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with bank partners to integrate insurance solutions into their banking services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the insurance sector.
• Provide training and support to junior consultants and bank staff on insurance products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of AIA's bancassurance business.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and bank partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
• Certification in life insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of bancassurance and insurance products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
