Collection Officer - Kapuas (Kalimantan Tengah)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track debt collections, ensuring timely and efficient recovery.
• Conduct debt negotiations and follow up with debtors to resolve outstanding accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of debt collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on collection activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in debt collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of financial software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Kapuas and Kalimantan Tengah.
