📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain fiber optic networks.
• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their networks are optimized for maximum performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure network reliability.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new solutions.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on fiber optic technologies.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiber optic network installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Certification in fiber optic technologies (e.g., Fiber Optic Technician, Fiber Optic Engineer).
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic hardware and software, including but not limited to: Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper devices.
• Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as PRTG, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
