📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and meal planning.,Ensure high-quality food production by maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal kitchen supplies.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Possession of a valid food handler's license or equivalent certification.
