Rejeki Tono Coffee is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in our coffee processing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for coffee. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment for coffee processing operations.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.,Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.,Maintain and repair existing mechanical systems and equipment.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the coffee or food processing industry.,Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes.,Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
