In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Assist in the development of training materials for our customers.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers through documentation and other means.,Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of technical information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
