📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop and execute design solutions.
• Create detailed design plans and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with project requirements.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into reality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Bali.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
