📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily cashier operations including opening and closing shifts.,Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.,Maintaining cash and inventory levels, and reporting any discrepancies.,Training and supervising junior cashiers to ensure high service standards.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.,Complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Generating and maintaining accurate sales reports.,Leading team meetings and providing feedback to improve performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
