In this pivotal role, you will bridge communication gaps between our business, clients, and internal teams by providing accurate and efficient translations and interpretations of Mandarin Chinese. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong business relationships with our clients in China.

As a Mandarin Translator & Interpreter at Sinar Mulia Logistic, you will be responsible for translating documents, emails, and other written communications, as well as interpreting during meetings and phone calls. You will work closely with our team members to ensure that all communications are clear, concise, and culturally appropriate. With your strong command of Mandarin Chinese and your ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of our logistics operations, you will play a key role in driving our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and other written communications between Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Interpret during meetings, phone calls, and other communication events between Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian speakers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and strong business relationships with clients in China.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in translation and interpretation.
• Provide training and support to other team members on communication and cultural aspects related to business in China.
• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance our business operations.
• Manage and maintain translation and interpretation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of communication policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mandarin Chinese translation and interpretation.
• Strong command of both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, with excellent comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Familiarity with logistics and business operations, preferably in the international trade or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
