📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.,Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial reporting and analysis to management and stakeholders.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
