Manage and grow the company's property investment portfolio, ensuring that we achieve our financial and strategic objectives.,Identify and secure high-potential investment opportunities through extensive market research and analysis.,Work closely with our development team, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all investment activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our investment portfolio, providing regular reports to senior management.,Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of our property investments, including capital appreciation, rental income, and other revenue streams.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to our investment activities.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in property investment management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property market, including regulatory frameworks, market trends, and investment opportunities.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in using property investment software and tools, such as property management systems, financial modeling software, and market analysis tools.,Certifications in property investment or related fields are a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
