📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address concerns.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and regulations.
