📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to relevant authorities.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Provide support to the management team in financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
