📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Conduct regular branch audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
