📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Handle employee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Resolve employee concerns and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and transactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid ID card and work permit for Indonesia.
