As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of our manufacturing and logistics teams, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. With a competitive salary of IDR 7,000,000 to IDR 10,000,000 per month, this role offers significant growth potential and the chance to make a tangible impact on our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing and logistics divisions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implement and optimize supply chain processes using advanced tools such as SAP and JDA.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage operational budgets and costs.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, particularly in manufacturing and logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar operational excellence program.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using SAP and JDA software.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
