• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to place orders and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management.
