Food Spot Group is looking for a passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
