📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient handling of freight shipments.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide competitive and compliant services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and team success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the freight forwarding industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with export/import procedures and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
