FLUX Sejahtera is seeking a talented and dedicated Data Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.,Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and code to automate data analysis processes.,Create data visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.,Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.,Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.,Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
