📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure optimal efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.,Manage fuel procurement and monitor fuel costs.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
