PT Abadi Indah is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct regular employee surveys and provide feedback to management.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
