📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions and guides.
• Review and edit documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our documentation process.
• Assist in creating training materials and tutorials.
• Contribute to the development of our knowledge base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
