📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed their targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure it is used effectively.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
