📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the P2P lending platform, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, including PTU and PPh 21.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including annual and quarterly reports.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the business.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide strategic advice and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with a focus on fintech or financial services.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, including PTU and PPh 21.,Proven experience in managing financial operations and providing financial analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
