📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff on technical issues and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet the needs of the business.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
