📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the success of learning initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules and other resources.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
