📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement ore control strategies to optimize mining operations and maximize ore recovery.,Conduct geological surveys and assessments to evaluate ore deposits and determine their economic viability.,Analyze and interpret geological data to assess mineral reserves and resources.,Collaborate with mining engineers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe mining operations.,Monitor and report on ore quality, grade, and recovery rates to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior geologists and other team members.,Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and best practices in ore control and mineral resource estimation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in ore control and mineral resource estimation, preferably in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of geological principles, mining methods, and mineral processing techniques.,Proficient in the use of geological software and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to travel and work in remote and challenging locations, if necessary.,Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a mining permit, if required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
