🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
