As a Silver Concierge Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options in the area.,Coordinate transportation, tours, and other guest requests to enhance their stay.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling guest information.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of guest accommodations, ensuring they are comfortable and ready for their stay.,Promote Royal Caribbean Group services and products to guests, when appropriate.,Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, working towards resolution.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with local area attractions, dining, and entertainment options is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.,Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
