📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with daily activities such as meals, naptime, and outdoor play.
- Help with educational activities and learning games.
- Monitor and report on each child's progress using Google Classroom.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all children.
- Collaborate with teachers and other caregivers to create a stimulating learning experience.
- Use KidKare to plan and document daily activities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Stay updated with the latest child development practices and trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Ability to use basic office software like Microsoft Office.
