📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of vehicles.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to detect potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate and manage maintenance contracts.
• Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to fleet maintenance.
• Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in fleet maintenance and operational cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and operational cost control.
• Proven expertise in using fleet management software such as SAP Fleet Management, Geotab, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Certification in ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or similar health and safety standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to fleet maintenance and operational cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
