📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons for toddlers and young children.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Incorporate interactive activities, games, and storytelling to make learning Mandarin fun and effective.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant teaching credential.
• Proven experience in teaching Mandarin to young learners.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
