In this role, you will oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the engineering team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Define and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improve engineering processes.
• Oversee the development and deployment of high-impact engineering projects using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the engineering team in cross-functional meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a strong plus.
