HR Executive (End-to-End Recruitment & HR Operations)

Join PT Venkata Agro Internasional, a dynamic import-export company based in Bali, as our next HR Executive! We’re seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations in our fast-growing organization.

As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing our entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires. You will also provide day-to-day HR support, including employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance with local labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
• Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
