📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
- Ensuring equipment is functioning optimally and safely.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Using tools such as welding machines, cutting torches, and measuring instruments.
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Fitter in heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
- Certification in Industrial Welding or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using tools such as welding machines, cutting torches, and measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites as required.
