📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, including Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve quality.
• Conduct process analysis and mapping using tools like Value Stream Mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Measure and track the impact of improvement initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
• Train and mentor team members on lean methodologies, continuous improvement principles, and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that process improvements meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for process improvements, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process optimization.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or other relevant continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
