📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machinery performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar tools.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on machinery operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and maintenance practices.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry.
