As our Hostel Admin & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest services, and housekeeping.
• Manage front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the hostel is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring that the hostel has all the necessary supplies and equipment.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement necessary protocols.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
