Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on production optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data.
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
